Our lawful bases

Our contact form and website hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you send a message through our contact form, Netlify receives and stores it, then emails it to us. Netlify is based in the United States and protects personal data transferred from the UK under its data processing agreement with us. Like most web hosts, Netlify also keeps short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the website secure and running.

No tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools, and it does not load anything from other websites. Everything you see, including text, photos and fonts, is delivered by our website host.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Enquiries that do not lead to support are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
• ask us to delete your information
• ask us to restrict or stop using your information
• object to how we use your information
• ask for your information in a format you can take elsewhere
