This service is for elderly people living independently who need practical help with daily tasks, not personal or medical care. If you or a family member can manage day-to-day life but need support with specific tasks, such as shopping, cooking, or getting to appointments, this is the right level of service.

We are a family-run business based in the West Midlands, registered with Companies House. Every member of our team has an enhanced DBS check before working with any client.
Our aim is simple: to help you stay comfortable, safe and independent in the home you love.
Common questions
Are you CQC registered?
Not yet. Our application is in progress. Until registration is complete, we only provide non-regulated support, such as the services listed here. We do not provide personal care or medical support during this period.
What areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of the West Midlands, including Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull, Walsall and Wolverhampton, and all the towns within them. If you are not sure whether we cover your area, get in touch and we will let you know.
How do I arrange a visit?
Contact us using our form or by phone, and we will arrange an initial visit to discuss what support you need.
