How it works

Arranging support is simple. Here is what to expect, from your first call to your first visit.

  1. Get in touch

Call us or send a message through our contact form, and tell us a little about the support you are looking for.

You can contact us for yourself, or on behalf of a parent, relative or friend.

  2. Initial visit

We arrange a visit at home to get to know you, talk through what you need and answer your questions.

Family members are welcome to join, in person or by phone.

  3. Agree your support

Together we agree which services you would like, and the days and times that suit you.

You can choose a single service or combine several in one visit.

  4. Support begins

Support starts at the times agreed, and we keep in touch to adjust things as your needs change.

If you need more help, or less, just let us know.

Before your first visit

It can help to think about a few things beforehand. There are no wrong answers, and we will talk everything through together.

  • Which everyday tasks are becoming harder?
  • What times of day, or night, would help most?
  • Are there any dietary needs or preferences we should know about?
  • Who else would you like involved, such as family members?

CQC registration: we are currently applying for CQC registration, which will allow us to offer personal care in future. Until then, we provide non-regulated support only. Read our FAQ.
